We work flexible event times and durations. The sooner you book, the likelier you are to get your desired times. Service Contracts will specify drop-off and pick-up times.
Pouring Service can be provided as an add-on upon request and server is ServSafe Certified. Service fee is will vary upon event duration. Hosts may also opt to have Chic Cart as a self-serve feature at their events.
Yes! We currently serve San Diego but can travel to surrounding areas for a small charge based on mileage. Please Contact Us for more details on mileage. Set-up and break-down is included with all Assortments.
We require a 50% deposit to reserve and secure your contract. The balance is due upon delivery/set-up. Cancellations require a 7 day notice for a full refund. Otherwise, the deposit can be used to reschedule rental or services for a future date (upon availability). All Rescheduling Requests and Cancellations made less than 24 hours from contracted drop-off time will result in a deposit loss. We are committed to creating the best experience for all clients and must honor contracted schedules. We will do our best to accommodate any events affected by weather or extreme emergency circumstances.
Ice is complimentary with Selection Chic Madame.
We currently accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
Our Chic Carts are versatile and elevate any spirit, wine, or cocktail you would like to serve at your gathering. We are happy to help with the selection process and can provide pairings for what you are serving.
